There are 3 possible steps through which consultation might proceed:

1. Following agreement by email and then telephone for very small operations, the patient can proceed by appointment to the clinic for consultation at the clinic directly before operation.
2. Usually the patient needs to send photographs of his/herself by email to the above email address, and following agreement by telephone or email the patient can proceed by appointment to the clinic for consultation at the clinic before operation.
3. Following examination of the photographs it might be determined that a face-to-face consultation is necessary in the U.K.. If this occurs then this will have to be discussed further with the relevant Consultant Surgeon.

Whichever way is decided by agreement - I am sure that you will be pleased with the service provided.
