In The aim of this operation is not to decrease the size of the breast but to remodel and firm the breast tissue. Depending on your breast shape the technique will involve scars around the nipple areola and a vertical downwards scar from the nipple. In some cases there will also be a scar at the base of the breast in the inframammary fold (to give an inverted letter T-shape).
