Liposuction
Liposuction is a cosmetic surgical procedure that removes excess fat deposits from specific areas of the body. This body contouring technique helps sculpt and reshape areas that are resistant to diet and exercise, though it is not intended as a weight loss solution for overall obesity.

Liposuction (Lipoplasty)
Maintaining a slim figure-line in modern times is becoming increasingly difficult. A sedentary lifestyle, stress and poor nutrition have negative impact on the shape of our bodies and the chronic lack of time does not help in maintaining good form. Liposuction is a procedure that comes to the rescue of those people who want to get rid of excess body fat fast and with visible results. What is very important is that liposuction has nothing to do with weight loss, but with body shaping. This is a very effective treatment and because of this it is very popular.
About the surgery
Liposuction is used locally: women for the abdomen, hips, waist, thigh, medial knee area, and/or lateral surface of the arms, chin; in men for the abdomen, and/or chest.
This procedure uses a special apparatus which functions to breakdown fat cells and convert them into a thick liquid.
First, a 2-3 mm incision is made through which the probe is placed into the body. Through the probe a specially prepared liquid is passed into the interior which breaks down fatty tissue, and which is subsequently aspirated.
The procedure is performed under spinal or general anesthesia.
